Return & Refund Policy

At Berkley Fishing, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Products must be purchased directly from our official online store.
• Customized products or items showing signs of use may not be eligible for return.
• Customers must submit a return request before sending items back.

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
